These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tradesite AI website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Tradesite AI
Tradesite AI provides website design, setup, and related digital services for tradespeople and small businesses operating in the UK.
All services are provided on a subscription basis or under an agreed service plan.
2. Services Provided
Tradesite AI offers, depending on the selected plan:
- Website design and setup
- Demo websites for illustrative purposes
- Ongoing website support and updates
- Optional SEO or marketing-related services (where applicable)
The exact scope of services is determined by the plan selected at the time of purchase. Tradesite AI may update or refine service offerings from time to time.
3. Demo Websites & Examples
All demo websites, example layouts, and portfolio content shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
They demonstrate style, layout, and functionality and do not represent guaranteed results or performance.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While Tradesite AI aims to build professional, conversion-focused websites, we do not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads
- Increased revenue or sales
- Search engine rankings
- Business growth or performance outcomes
Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, location, and how the website is used by the Client.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Fees are charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
- Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption or suspension
- Pricing and plan details are available on our website
Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by providing notice
- Access to services continues until the end of the current billing period
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law
Cancellation does not automatically trigger website transfer (see Section 10).
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Respond in a timely manner when approvals, content, or feedback are required
- Ensure all supplied content does not infringe third-party rights
Delays in providing information or approvals may delay project delivery timelines.
8. Intellectual Property & Website Ownership
8.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client owns the final live website created for them once all outstanding fees have been paid.
8.2 Tradesite AI Retained Rights
Tradesite AI retains ownership of:
- Internal systems, templates, frameworks, and processes
- Reusable layouts, components, and libraries not created exclusively for the Client
- Demo content and example materials
9. Third-Party Services
Tradesite AI may integrate or work with third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or advertising platforms.
Tradesite AI is not responsible for the performance, availability, or continuity of third-party services.
10. Termination, Ownership & Exit Fees
10.1 Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in line with the notice period associated with the Client’s selected plan. All outstanding fees must be paid before termination takes effect.
10.2 Exit & Transfer Fees
Upon termination, the Client may request a full transfer of their website and associated assets. A one-time exit and transfer fee applies to cover administrative, technical, and documentation costs.
The applicable exit fee is based on the Client’s plan at the time of termination:
- Starter Plan: £250
- Pro Plan: £500
- Premium Plan: £750
Exit fees are not a penalty and reflect the work required to prepare and complete the transfer.
10.3 What Is Included in the Transfer
Once the applicable exit fee has been paid in full, Tradesite AI will provide:
- Transfer or duplication of the website to the Client or their nominated provider
- Assistance with domain or DNS handover (where applicable)
- Removal of Tradesite AI administrative access
- Reasonable documentation required for continuity
10.4 Timing of Transfer
All exit and transfer fees must be paid in full before any website or asset transfer begins. Transfers are completed within a reasonable timeframe following payment.
10.5 Marketing & Advertising Accounts
Where advertising or marketing services have been provided, accounts are created in the Client’s name where possible. Tradesite AI’s access will be removed upon termination. Tradesite AI is not responsible for campaign performance following termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradesite AI shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Issues arising from third-party platforms, services, or integrations
12. Changes to These Terms
Tradesite AI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
