Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeSite AI website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About TradeSite AI
TradeSite AI is a UK-based web design and digital services provider specialising in professional websites for tradespeople and small businesses. We build, host, and maintain websites that help trades businesses get found on Google and generate more direct enquiries — without relying on shared lead platforms.
All services are provided under a single subscription plan as described on our website and in these Terms.
2. Our Service
TradeSite AI offers one clearly defined plan that includes the following:
• A professional 5-page website built for you within 5 working days of receiving all required content
• Local SEO setup — your trade and location targeted on Google
• Mobile-optimised design with fast page load performance
• Project gallery to showcase your work
• Contact form, click-to-call, and WhatsApp button integration
• One monthly content update per billing cycle
• Secure hosting and daily backups
• SSL certificate
• Access to your analytics dashboard
Full details of what is included are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. TradeSite AI may update or refine service inclusions from time to time and will notify clients of any material changes.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our current pricing is as follows:
• One-off setup fee: £199 — charged at the point of sign-up to cover the build and launch of your website
• Monthly subscription: £99 per month — charged from the date your website goes live
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
TradeSite AI reserves the right to update pricing. Existing clients will receive a minimum of 30 days written notice before any price changes take effect.
4. Website Build & Delivery
4.1 Build Timeline
We aim to have your website live within 5 working days of receiving all required information and content from you. This includes your business details, services, coverage area, photos, and any other materials requested during onboarding.
4.2 Client Delays
If you fail to provide required content within 14 days of your initial sign-up, TradeSite AI reserves the right to pause your build and, in some cases, treat the project as cancelled. The setup fee is non-refundable in these circumstances.
If content is provided after an initial delay, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the build promptly, but the original 5-day timeline may no longer apply.
4.3 Revisions
We include reasonable revisions as part of the build process. Excessive or repeated revision requests beyond the scope of the original brief may be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed with you in advance.
5. Demo Websites & Portfolio Examples
All demo websites, example layouts, and portfolio content shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. They demonstrate the style, layout, and functionality we can deliver and do not represent guaranteed results or specific performance outcomes.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While TradeSite AI builds professional, conversion-focused websites with SEO best practices in place, we do not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads or enquiries
• Increased revenue or sales
• Specific search engine rankings or positions
• Business growth or performance outcomes
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competition, location, industry demand, and how effectively you use and promote your website.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to info@tradesiteai.com
• Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
• Monthly subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
• The one-off setup fee is non-refundable once your website build has commenced
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a website transfer — please refer to Section 9
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver your website to the agreed standard and timeline, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requested
• Respond to approvals, feedback requests, and queries within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure all content you supply (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Keep your payment details up to date
TradeSite AI is not responsible for delays or quality issues arising from late, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by you.
9. Intellectual Property & Website Ownership
9.1 Client Ownership
Once all outstanding fees have been paid in full, you own the final live website created for you. This includes all custom content, copy, and images supplied by you or created exclusively for your project.
9.2 TradeSite AI Retained Rights
TradeSite AI retains ownership of:
• Internal systems, templates, frameworks, and processes
• Reusable layouts, components, and code libraries not created exclusively for you
• Demo content and illustrative materials
10. Termination & Website Transfer
10.1 Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. All outstanding fees must be settled before termination takes effect.
10.2 Website Transfer
Upon cancellation, you may request a full transfer of your website and associated files. A one-off exit and transfer fee of £299 applies to cover the administrative and technical work required to prepare, package, and hand over your website.
This fee is not a penalty — it reflects the genuine time and effort required to complete a proper handover.
10.3 What Is Included in the Transfer
Once the exit fee has been paid in full, TradeSite AI will provide:
• Full transfer or duplication of your website to you or your nominated provider
• Domain and DNS handover assistance where applicable
• Removal of TradeSite AI administrative access
• Reasonable documentation required for continuity
10.4 Timing
All exit and transfer fees must be paid in full before any transfer begins. Transfers are completed within 10 working days of payment being received.
11. Third-Party Services
TradeSite AI works with third-party providers including hosting platforms, analytics tools, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or continuity of third-party services. Where a third-party service is discontinued or materially changed, we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative with minimal disruption to your service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSite AI shall not be liable for:
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind
• Issues arising from third-party platforms, services, or integrations
• Losses arising from your failure to provide timely or accurate content
Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TradeSite AI in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
TradeSite AI may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days written notice by email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
